Key Responsibilities
- Proactively drive adoption, usage, net retention, and renewals by optimizing customer experience
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers throughout the customer journey
- Create customer success plans and monitor customer health to ensure value realization
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of sales experience in management consulting, customer success, account management, or business development
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of customer success processes
- Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical customers
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and work with cross-functional teams
