Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter authority for customers regarding product offerings
  • Supervise and optimize employer content and recruitment advertising campaigns
  • Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with Sales on customer success criteria
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in B2B environments, preferably in customer success or account management
  • Proven ability to influence renewal conversations and drive account growth
  • Passion for online advertising, marketing, or employer branding
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and customer success analytics platforms
  • Ability to travel within the United States approximately 3 times per year
