Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter authority for customers regarding product offerings
- Supervise and optimize employer content and recruitment advertising campaigns
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with Sales on customer success criteria
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in B2B environments, preferably in customer success or account management
- Proven ability to influence renewal conversations and drive account growth
- Passion for online advertising, marketing, or employer branding
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and customer success analytics platforms
- Ability to travel within the United States approximately 3 times per year
