Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in a Customer Success or Account Management role
- 1-2 years of experience supporting SaaS products
- Experience working with the Higher Education sector and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proven ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management abilities
