Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager to support customers in the Automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact dealers to reinforce business relationships and discuss issues
- Respond to incoming software usage questions and concerns from customers
- Coach dealers on software features and resolve potential usage problems
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and support skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel/Word/Google Applications
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
