Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement customer success strategies
- Manage the customer lifecycle, ensuring value realization and achievement of operational metrics
- Establish a feedback loop with customers to inform product development and support sales enablement
Required Qualifications
- Based in Europe or the US to support EMEA & NA clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer success or related roles within a B2B SaaS domain
- Experience in the Regulatory/Compliance domain is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk)
