- Drive customer adoption through best practices, onboarding, and uncovering upsell opportunities

- Experience in expanding customer adoption and growing revenue through relationship building
- Comfortable interacting with internal stakeholders, including C-Level sponsors
- Experience in designing and presenting business reviews and strategic success plans
- Quick learner with a willingness to ask questions and become a product expert
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts in a fast-paced environment
