Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years in a Customer Success role in a B2B and SaaS environment
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, and/or Sales
- Experience with multi-million-dollar customers
- Proven ability to drive process improvements for better customer experiences
