Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management with mid-market customers
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and Customer Success Platforms
  • Legal Tech experience or working with law firms is a plus
