Key Responsibilities
- Understand professionals' strategic goals and provide education and actionable advice
- Prioritize outreach efforts based on customer health and market indicators to mitigate churn
- Build and execute account plans while introducing new product features to drive adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of customer-facing/Success management experience preferred, or 5+ years required
- Experience managing a portfolio of accounts and meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships
- Experience with SFDC and data analysis
- Ability to create basic reports in Google Sheets and presentations in Google Slides
