A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (PV).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage complexity 2 customer engagements, ensuring adherence to costs, resources, timelines, and quality standards
- Establish project scope, monitor progress, and implement governance structures with defined roles and responsibilities
- Manage risks, ensure effective communication with clients and project teams, and facilitate onboarding and training for project team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and/or PMP certification or equivalent experience
- Experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced office environment
- Several years of experience and expertise in pharmacovigilance guidelines
