Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and reporting on internal customer-related tickets within various JIRA projects
- Manage customer service requests, including processing service order agreements and facilitating cross connect orders
- Support the customer intake process by leading the completion of various pre-sales forms and engaging with Legal as needed
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in an Account Management/Customer Success/Sales role
- Experience with CRM/Ticket Management systems, preferably JIRA and Salesforce
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks or goals
- Experience in the software, Cloud SaaS, or Internet/Telecommunications industries is a plus
- Enthusiasm for learning new skills and systems
