Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and reporting on internal customer-related tickets within various JIRA projects
  • Manage customer service requests, including processing service order agreements and facilitating cross connect orders
  • Support the customer intake process by leading the completion of various pre-sales forms and engaging with Legal as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in an Account Management/Customer Success/Sales role
  • Experience with CRM/Ticket Management systems, preferably JIRA and Salesforce
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks or goals
  • Experience in the software, Cloud SaaS, or Internet/Telecommunications industries is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for learning new skills and systems
