Key Responsibilities
- Support and train Reps to ensure their success in picking up and reselling items
- Build and maintain relationships of mutual respect and trust with each Rep
- Monitor Rep performance and communicate expectations while holding them accountable to policies
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service or client service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- Some college experience preferred
- Innovative and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Coaching and motivational abilities
