Key Responsibilities
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of various products and modules
- Set up and configure new CRM accounts and perform training for new and existing dealers
- Answer customer inquiries and troubleshoot software problems
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of customer service experience supporting software products
- Previous experience with Level One customer support and CRM systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions
- Ability to develop knowledge of products and troubleshoot customer inquiries
