Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Support Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to draft content and build tutorials for OnusOne software
- Provide general administrative support to the Customer Success team and assist with client onboarding processes
- Analyze data and track onboarding KPIs to improve client onboarding operations
Required Qualifications:
- Background and/or degree in Computer Science and/or Data Science
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation/onboarding or a similar field
- Understanding of the healthcare industry
- Proficient in project management software
- Highly organized and motivated by individual work and organizational tasks
