Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in corporate learning or training and development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and relevant software tools
- Experience in building and evaluating training programs or processes
- Familiarity with children's literature and school activities is a plus
