Job Summary

A company is looking for a Level 1 Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all product support inquiries
  • Investigate, resolve, and escalate issues while maintaining ownership until resolution
  • Monitor cloud systems and use SQL queries to troubleshoot customer database issues
Required Qualifications
  • College Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in a customer-facing support or service role
  • Working knowledge of ITIL standards
  • Proficiency in SQL (Oracle or SQL Server) for querying and data analysis
  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems and web protocols
