A company is looking for a Level 1 Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for all product support inquiries
- Investigate, resolve, and escalate issues while maintaining ownership until resolution
- Monitor cloud systems and use SQL queries to troubleshoot customer database issues
Required Qualifications
- College Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in a customer-facing support or service role
- Working knowledge of ITIL standards
- Proficiency in SQL (Oracle or SQL Server) for querying and data analysis
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems and web protocols
