Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic to intermediate technical support to customers using standardized procedures
- Proactively monitor the performance of deployed devices and report any issues
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by communicating updates throughout the incident resolution process
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Experience managing external vendors or clients
- Ability to document customer interactions clearly from case creation to resolution
- Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and functionality is a plus
- Demonstrated passion for customer service with a focus on prompt support and complete resolutions
