Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service via phone, chat, and email
- Field troubleshooting questions regarding networking, hardware, and software services
- Train customers on software features and assist with data conversion
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in using Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to work until 8 PM or later on weekdays
- Ability to be on call on weekends and holidays
