Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist for the Northeast region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all customer support inquiries via email, chat, and social media
- Create personalized service experiences for customers and troubleshoot issues with the Order Ahead app and Supply Portal
- Maintain support contacts in Hubspot and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
Qualifications:
- Passion for customer care and a genuine desire to assist customers
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, support, or success
- Experience with Hubspot and Shopify is a plus
- Computer proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, willing to work off hours and weekends
