Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist for the Northeast region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for all customer support inquiries via email, chat, and social media
  • Create personalized service experiences for customers and troubleshoot issues with the Order Ahead app and Supply Portal
  • Maintain support contacts in Hubspot and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
Qualifications:
  • Passion for customer care and a genuine desire to assist customers
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, support, or success
  • Experience with Hubspot and Shopify is a plus
  • Computer proficiency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule, willing to work off hours and weekends
