Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Hero.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to technical questions from clients, primarily focusing on US clients
  • Maintain and update support resources based on product changes
  • Facilitate communication between support, product, and development teams for issue resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Fluent in English with clear communication skills
  • Comfortable using digital tools and eager to learn new ones
  • Based in the US, ideally on Pacific Time or able to cover Eastern US hours
  • Experience in client support is a plus
  • Additional languages (French, Spanish, German, etc.) are a bonus
