A company is looking for a Customer Support Hero.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to technical questions from clients, primarily focusing on US clients
- Maintain and update support resources based on product changes
- Facilitate communication between support, product, and development teams for issue resolution
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Fluent in English with clear communication skills
- Comfortable using digital tools and eager to learn new ones
- Based in the US, ideally on Pacific Time or able to cover Eastern US hours
- Experience in client support is a plus
- Additional languages (French, Spanish, German, etc.) are a bonus
