A company is looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
- Advise customers on software usage and assist during their trial period
- Track customer interactions and contribute to the Support Knowledge-base
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in SaaS
- Ability to work 9am-6pm EST
- Experience with technology and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Strong focus on customer experience and relationship building
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset
