Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer communication through outreach calls/emails and inbound support for queries
- Share updates on products and services while resolving issues and assisting with installations
- Ensure smooth operations by troubleshooting problems or escalating complex issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience, preferably in customer service or support
- Availability to work 40 hours per week on Eastern Standard Time (EST)
- Experience with data entry tasks
