Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist - Remote (Mon-Fri 11:00AM - 7:30PM EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Provides enrollment support for new PACE enrollees
• Communicates pharmacy benefit information to network pharmacies
• Coordinates facility discharges to ensure medication reconciliation and delivery

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
