A company is looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist (Remote) to join their Customer Support & Success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
- Advise customers on software usage and assist during their trial period
- Track customer interactions in Salesforce and contribute to the Support Knowledge-base
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in SaaS
- Ability to work 9am-6pm EST
- Experience with technology, including web and mobile applications
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Intercom is a plus
- Self-motivated with a growth mentality
