A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a positive customer experience throughout the project process from installation to go live
  • Guide customers through the remote installation of Mynt POS systems and assist with menu creation
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance via phone, chat, and email
Required Qualifications
  • 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Extensive computer hardware and software knowledge
  • Ability to proficiently troubleshoot technical hardware issues
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
  • Point Of Sale software experience is a plus
