A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a positive customer experience throughout the project process from installation to go live
- Guide customers through the remote installation of Mynt POS systems and assist with menu creation
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance via phone, chat, and email
Required Qualifications
- 2-year technical degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive computer hardware and software knowledge
- Ability to proficiently troubleshoot technical hardware issues
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
- Point Of Sale software experience is a plus
