Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in developing and delivering customer training programs, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in creating diverse learning resources
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in building internal business relationships and facilitating external conversations
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
