Customs Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customs Compliance Analyst to support importation processes and ensure compliance with customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customs brokers and Client Customs team members to ensure accuracy of import transactions
• Adjust the value of high-volume Client imports for reporting to U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP)
• Compile and update lists of packaging suppliers and imported items for future reference

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience with customs reconciliation compliance, particularly in import/export
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and Excel, including reviewing and manipulating data
• Familiarity with global trade compliance and basic accounting principles
• Ability to work independently and generate reports based on instructions
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
