A company is looking for a CX Designer/Researcher.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer development interviews and uncover critical insights
- Design journey maps, concept storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Collaborate with venture teams to test and refine concepts for new ventures or internal offerings
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in CX, UX, or product design and research
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, InVision, or similar
- Strong qualitative research skills, including interview planning, facilitation, and synthesis
- Experience with design thinking, user-centered design, and rapid iteration
- Fluent in Arabic and English
