A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Industry Coach to support students on their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one online video sessions with students to discuss career goals and strategies for success
• Act as a supportive sounding board, motivating students to pursue their goals with confidence
• Provide actionable feedback and share industry insights to enhance student application of skills

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Cybersecurity
• Proficiency in Networking, Linux and Windows Systems, Web Vulnerabilities, and Penetration Testing
• Technical ability to configure virtual machines with Virtual Box and VMWare
• Prior experience in mentorship, coaching, or professional development
• Familiarity with hiring trends and essential competencies in tech-heavy fields
