Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Director, Cybersecurity Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Cybersecurity compliance team and oversee regulatory compliance initiatives
• Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and manage large-scale compliance programs
• Lead Cybersecurity compliance remediation efforts and ensure adherence to applicable laws and industry standards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, internal audit, and information security
• 5+ years of experience with relevant regulations and frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and HIPAA
• 3+ years of experience managing teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISSP, or CISM are preferred
