Cybersecurity Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Infosec Analysts, focusing on performance management and career development
• Implement and enforce security policies and standards aligned with industry best practices
• Oversee security assessments and vulnerability management programs to identify and remediate weaknesses

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; relevant security certifications are a plus
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and experience securing SaaS environments
• Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to SaaS companies
• Technical skills in network security, application security, and incident response
