A company is looking for a FHC Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making and improve student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and manage large datasets to ensure data integrity
• Conduct data analysis and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders
• Provide data-driven recommendations and collaborate with various departments on data needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in higher education
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, Access)
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques
