Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst to manage data analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Service Level Management and reporting
• Perform reporting and data analysis
• Convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience with data analysis
• Knowledge in Digital Workplace Services (DWS), Field Services, and Deskside Support
• Experience in Service Level Management
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Looker, Power BI, SQL)
• Must be a U.S. citizen and reside in the U.S
