Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field; or equivalent professional experience
• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant professional experience may be considered for candidates without a degree
• Proficient in SQL, Python, R, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with statistical software such as SPSS or Stata
• Interest or experience in social program data and collaboration with researchers
