Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst II to assist health plan customers in utilizing business intelligence tools for data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and assist health plan customers with business intelligence tools and data reporting
• Monitor customer inquiries and track progress of requests in JIRA
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support project enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficient knowledge of SQL language
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Cognos, Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong relationship management and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
