What You’ll be Doing
• Turn Data Into Decisions: Analyze large sets of real-time animal health data to uncover trends, detect anomalies, and support smarter decisions across the business and tech teams.
• Understand the Whole Ecosystem: Build a deep understanding of our data sources including bolus-generated metrics, reporting tools, and how it all ties together in our platform.
• Debug the Brain: Investigate algorithm performance issues, run root-cause analyses, and identify what’s working and what’s not.
• Shape the Future: Recommend tweaks and improvements to our predictive models based on your findings. Your insights can directly influence how we evolve the tech.
• Clean Up & Keep It Sharp: Handle data cleaning, trial monitoring, and quality checks to ensure our platform stays sharp, accurate, and reliable.
• Make It Better: Help streamline workflows and spot opportunities to optimize our data infrastructure. We love people who don’t just follow process – they improve it.

Tools You’re Familiar With
• Strong SQL skills (you write clean, complex queries)
• SQL Server Management Studio
• Exposure to AWS environments
• Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for building out dashboards and insights

Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience writing Python scripts for automation or analysis
• Exposure to Java or React
