Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Architect to shape and drive the foundational data strategy for their benefits products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own the end-to-end data architecture, ensuring it supports real-time decision making and regulatory compliance
• Architect APIs, data lakes, event streams, and ETL pipelines for interoperability with external partners while maintaining internal consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architectural vision with business needs and facilitate adoption across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise systems design
• Experience designing cloud-native data architectures using technologies like Snowflake or Redshift
• Deep knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards such as HIPAA and SOC2
• Experience integrating with third-party systems via API or file exchange
• Proficiency with structured and unstructured data, event-driven architectures, and data streaming technologies
