Key Responsibilities

• Build and mentor a high-performing data team while ensuring program execution aligns with enterprise architecture and security policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• 10+ years of experience in data platform architecture, data management, and data product development
• Proven leadership experience managing enterprise-level data initiatives
• Expertise in modern data architectures and extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security frameworks
