Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer- Analytics to support the development and execution of analytic data strategy within a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest and transform data from multiple sources
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Business Stakeholders to define data requirements
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security through automated validation and monitoring processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering, ideally within a TPA, healthcare, insurance, or claims processing
• Strong proficiency in SQL and one or more programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift)
• Awareness of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ACA, CMS rules)
