Data Engineer with AtScale Expertise

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer with expertise in AtScale and Kimball methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct proof of concept (POC) for AtScale and recommend the best semantic layer platform
• Recreate existing SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) cubes and translate DAX code into the new platform
• Define measures, dimensions, hierarchies, and relationships while transforming data from the curated to the refined layer

Required Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of AtScale and MDX calculations
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning
• Expertise in SQL warehousing and Kimball modeling methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSAS, and SSRS
• Experience with data migration and transformation in enterprise environments
