Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Engineer - Engagement & Experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data pipelines and analytics frameworks for engagement metrics and A/B test results
• Develop and optimize dashboards and reports for experimentation insights and KPI tracking
• Monitor and analyze A/B testing results to enhance personalization models and content recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering or Decision Science in a high-scale environment
• Expert-level SQL skills and proficiency in Python/R or other scripting languages
• Experience with BigQuery or other cloud-based data warehouses
• Strong experience in optimizing large-scale data queries and pipelines
• Hands-on experience with dbt (Data Build Tool) for transformation workflows
