Data Governance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Governance & Quality Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the data governance roadmap and ensure alignment with product, engineering, and business goals
• Implement automated data quality checks and manage key data quality KPIs
• Serve as product owner for data governance tooling and partner with cross-functional teams to align governance practices

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or analytical field
• 8+ years of experience in data governance, data quality, or metadata management in a tech or SaaS environment
• Strong experience working across engineering, analytics, product, and legal teams
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience using Snowflake for data processing
• Deep understanding of data governance principles and frameworks
