Data Integrity Specialist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Integrity Specialist II, responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Legal Health Record and Master Patient Index.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve complex error correction scenarios including duplicate records and interface errors
• Educate and train team members on data integrity functions and workflows
• Monitor error queues and communicate with internal and external stakeholders for error resolution

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to analyze complex information and apply critical thinking solutions
• Preferred: Two-year Associates or four-year Bachelor's degree
• Preferred: Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Management Technician (RHIT) credential
• Preferred: Experience with Epic Electronic Health Record system
