Key Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert in labeling workflows and guidelines, practicing labeling in assigned queues
• Maintain relationships with vendor partners and contribute to meetings regarding quality and technical barriers
• Perform quality audits, provide labeling metrics and insights, and recommend optimization opportunities across labeling programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 1 year of data labeling experience
• Experience with Excel and large data sets
• Ability to work independently and address problems without clear instructions
• Experience in critical analysis and understanding complex policies
