Key Responsibilities

• Lead the generative data roadmap for synthetic, curated, and real-world data used in AI systems
• Craft and manage data pipelines for model customization, alignment, and evaluation
• Establish data quality frameworks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data usability and alignment with research goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of experience in product management or ML/AI-focused roles
• Strong understanding of LLM architecture and training methods
• Proven experience in running large-scale data projects for machine learning applications
• Familiarity with data-centric AI development from collection to evaluation
