- Mentor and grow the team of Data Scientists, fostering technical excellence and collaboration
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of combined postgraduate academic and industry experience in data science
- 3+ years of experience managing teams of data scientists
- Proficient in Python/R, SQL, and cloud-based data environments
- Deep expertise in causal inference and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
