Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate business needs through in-depth conversations with users and apply data science for insights
• Design, develop, and fine-tune Large Language Models for real-world scenarios within Federal IT
• Conduct research and implement cutting-edge techniques in NLP, machine learning, and AI ethics

Required Qualifications

• Expert in advanced analytics with experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning solutions
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Extensive experience in building and deploying Large Language Models
• Minimum of a Master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the field
