Data Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist to develop and maintain machine learning models for customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Build machine learning models on internal data to address business issues and improve KPIs like retention
• Deploy models and maintain production pipelines for internal stakeholder use
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Product Teams to drive customer retention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Math, or Physics
• At least 2 years of experience in an analytical and/or data science role or equivalent PhD research experience
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications
• Experience in SQL, Python, and PySpark; familiarity with Big Data and Cloud systems preferred
• Experience using collaborative tools like Git for version control and code management
