A company is looking for a Data Scientist - Human Resources (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a data-driven culture by educating HR partners and business leaders on people analytics
- Conduct in-depth analyses using statistical methods and other analytical techniques to uncover insights related to talent and engagement
- Design and manage interactive dashboards and analyze employee survey results to provide actionable insights
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as industrial/organizational psychology or data science
- 3+ years of corporate experience in data science and analytics using SQL
- Direct experience in HR/people data analytics and qualitative data analysis
- Strong data visualization skills and experience with R and SQL for data manipulation
- Experience in statistical analysis methodologies such as decision trees and regressions
