Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist III.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of predictive models using machine learning and AI techniques for healthcare applications
• Drive data science initiatives by leveraging real-world data to improve patient outcomes and drug development
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data scientists, promoting best practices in MLOps

Required Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Biomedical Informatics
• 8+ years of experience in data science, particularly in predictive modeling within healthcare or life sciences
• Expertise in machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures, especially with transformer models
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R and relevant data science libraries
• Experience with large-scale healthcare datasets such as claims data or electronic health records
